Hotel Time Out-Sandanski

The hotel is situated close to the center of town, making it convenient for exploring the local attractions. the hotel is located in a nice area of town, with modern construction and a pristine park filled with large pine trees nearby. the fantastic Pirin mountains provide a stunning backdrop for a relaxing vacation. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a variety of options to choose from, including fresh slices of tomato and cheese, salami, and a hot cup of coffee.

The staff's professionalism and level of service leave much to be desired.

The breakfast was a very poor.The lights in the hallway did not work at night (probably for economy).jacuzzi, sauna and steam room was not free and it was cold in the environmental.had no pool.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food served at the hotel was of high quality, with a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes and dietary requirements.- The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding area and easy access to key tourist attractions and amenities.

We experienced some maintenance issues during our stay, such as broken lights and a faulty toilet cover. Despite reporting these issues, they were not promptly addressed or fixed.

We like the jaccusi. They are very kind and helpful.

The rooms was poor without decoration, services(telephones that works, hair dryer not work, mini bar, refrigerator it hasnt the room!!!), they dont speak english very good and the problem was in ordering dinner!!!!.

Clean and quiet. Very good price.Restaurant is best and cheap.

Jacuzzi not fully working and was not clean. Breakfast very poor.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to several cafes and shops, making it easy to explore the area. the view from the hotel room was also nice, especially at night. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected with friends and family back home.

The service at this hotel was not up to par.

Wi-Fi did not work in our room at all (while in the next door room, which was occupied by our friends, - it was exellent), breakfast was poor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. The rooms werenice and neat. We enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, where they offered a delicious selection of local wine. the hotel provided free parking for our convenience. Although it was not located in the center, it was only a 10-15 minute walk away.
